ECLIPSE FULL MOON
We open with a Dragon's Blood smoke clearing — ancient, purifying, intentional — releasing what no longer belongs to us. We move through a somatic sequence moon dance working flow with breath and sensation to soften held tension in the tissues. Full Moon Mantra to set intention. Close with a Sound Bath and Dragon's Blood resin skin ritual, slow and grounding, honouring the body as sacred vessel.
Deep in the Amazon, the Croton lechleri tree weeps a slow red resin. Indigenous healers have carried this medicine for thousands of years, calling it Sangre de Drago. Dragon’s Blood. Used to close wounds, purify energy, and restore the body’s most sacred boundary: the skin.
