Sunday April 26, 5-7pm
In nearly every spiritual tradition on earth, the hands are considered portals. Channels of energy and intention that the body already knows how to use. We have simply forgotten how to listen.
Sacred Hands is an invitation to remember.
This class weaves mudra — the ancient art of sacred hand gesture — into fluid, sensual full-body movement. Each sequence is built around a specific seal: a deliberate shape formed by the fingers and palms that directs energy through the body, quiets the nervous system, and draws you deeper into presence.
This is not performance. This is conversation — between your hands, your breath, and the intelligence that has always lived inside you.
No prior mudra experience needed. Suitable for all levels.
The Evening:
∙ Opening — Welcome, grounding breath, hands in rest position
∙ Mudra Introduction — Learning the seals, their meaning and energetic intention
∙ Somatic Flow — Fluid full-body movement woven around each mudra sequence
∙ Deepening — Slower, more meditative movement, breath and gesture as one
∙ Personal Seal — Each student sets a closing mudra as personal intention
∙ Closing Ceremony — Seated stillness, final breath, collective presence
